2. Contest entries are limited to one entry per person. This does not include automatic entries submitted on ordering.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about every 45 days from the first initial drawing. All decisions are final. Prizes will be awarded and winner notified by email. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE &APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: A selected Jetsoft software product from ScanHelp.com with a value range from $30 to $140 MSRP.

GENERAL RULES: Open only to U.S. residents who are 21 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Jetsoft Development, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/for those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated or illegible or misdirected e-mail/U.S. mail, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion, for entries not received in time for the random drawing or for mistranscribed entries or faulty telephone transmissions. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prize. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winner must execute any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 15 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
