Collate is a revolutionary
software product that was created to enable a user to edit, create, and modify existing
multiple page PDF and Tiff files. Collate allows a user to create multiple page
PDF files using image files such as a JPG, TIF, BMP, or even existing PDF/Tiff files
by just dropping them in and clicking the save button. Collate users now have the ability to send any target file to the printer.
Collate can open existing
PDF files or Tiff files and allows the user to sort, re-arrange, or delete existing
pages from the file with just the click of a button. Not only that, but you can even
add new pages or entire files into an existing PDF or Tiff file by just dragging
and dropping in files or acquiring pages from your scanner. Create an entire user catalog of products by taking pictures
of PDF pages and combining them together into one PDF with ease.
New features have been
added to Collate that support batch operations such as merging two files together,
importing new pages into an existing document, or even exporting pages from a document.
Now exporting pages from a document or adding pages into a multiple page PDF or
Tiff file can be completed with the click of a button. This saves the user from
having to open the file within Collate then navigating to pages manually.
Collate can also open the latest PDF files as well as open secured PDF files by
providing a password that allows the user to both open secured documents but to
also save secured documents as well. This feature is available for all current versions
of PDF documents from Adobe 4x to 8x.
