Using Collate in Windows Vista

When using Collate in Windows Vista, you will need to take one extra step to ensure full compatibility.

There are two ways to make sure you are operating Collate correctly:

1. To run Collate, right-click on the program icon and choose "Run as Administrator" from the pop-up menu. If you choose this method, you will have to do this every time you run Collate.

2. Right-click on Collate's program icon and choose Properties. Click on the Compatibility Tab. Toward the bottom, check "Run this program as an administrator." If you use this method (which is permanent, unless you uncheck the box), you only have to do this once. You may then run Collate as you would any other program.

NOTE: If you do not run Collate with administrative privileges, you may not be able to activate your software. If your program is already activated and you do not run with these privileges, you may be reverted to the shareware version until you follow one of these steps.
