  1. Go Back

    Steps back one folder at a time to the last folder opened, or by selecting the drop down allows the user to select the folder to return too.

  2. Go Forward

    Steps forward one folder at a time to the first folder opened, or by selecting the drop down allows the user to select the folder to return too.

  3. Go Up

    Steps back from the currently opened folder one branch up the directory tree.

  4. Refresh

    Allows the user to refresh the contents of a folder after adding or deleting files from its location.

  5. Large Icons

    Displays the contents of both the source and target areas in customized thumbnail views. The size can range anywhere between 96x96DPI to the maximum screen size.

  6. Icons

    Displays the contents of both the source and target areas in thumbnail view.

  7. List

    Displays the contents of both the source and target areas in detail list with thumbnails.

  8. Details

    Displays the contents of both the source and target areas in detail list without thumbnails.

  9. Source Folder

    This drop down list allows the user to quickly select the directory to be displayed in the source area.

  10. Target Bar

    Allows the user to see the name of the file that is currently open in the target area.

  11. Add Page to Target

    After having selected a file or pages within a file this option adds the selection to the contents of the target area.

  12. Insert Before Selected Page

    After selecting a file or pages from the souce area, then selecting on page within the target area. By selecting this option it inserts the files selected from the source area before the selected page in the target area.

  13. Insert After Selected Page

    After selecting a file or pages from the souce area, then selecting on page within the target area. By selecting this option it inserts the files selected from the source area after the selected page in the target area.

  14. Select All

    Selects all of the contents of either the source or target area.

  15. Invert Selection

    Unselects currently selected pages or files and selects the previously unselected pages or files.

  16. Open Pages

    Opens the file so that the individual pages are now shown in the source area, or if a page is selected it will open with the default image editor.

  17. Move to the Top

    Moves a page or group of pages in front of the very first page in the target area.

  18. Move Left/Up

     

    The user can move a page or group of pages in order up one page at a time.

  19. Move Right/Down

     

    The user can move a page or group of pages in order down one page at a time.

  20. Move to the End

    Moves a page or group of pages to the end of the very last page in the target area.

  21. Delete Pages

    After a page or group of pages is selected click this to delete them from the target area.

  22. Edit Pages

    After one page is selected within the target area this opens the file to the page selected in Collate Page Editor for editing.

  23. Save Pages

    After a page or group of pages is added to the target side click the save button to save them to a file.
