- Place the "Jetsoft Collate" CD into the CDROM drive. If your computer is setup for "AutoPlay", the computer will automatically start the "Collate30.exe" program. If your computer is not setup for "AutoPlay", go to Start→Run and type "D:\Collate30.exe". If you downloaded Collate then locate the setup file and double click it to begin installation. (Please note that you will need working internet access to install Collate properly)
- Upon startup, follow the dialog box clicking "NEXT" then "YES" until the password screen comes up as seen in figure 1.1. Enter the Collate password from the email receipt sent to you.
- Once you've reached the screen seen in figure 1.2 click "YES" to download GhostScript, which allows for previewing PDF files within Collate and editing within Collate Page Editor. Collate setup will then scan your computer system to see if you have previouslly installed Ghostscipt. Setup will then prompt you again to insure that you still want to download Ghostscript, begin the download by clicking "YES". If you do not wish to install Ghostscript click "NO" (figure 1.2) to continue standard installation of Collate.
- Do NOT click the " OK" (figure 1.3) button until you have fully installed the GhostScript program. A file download box will appear as pictured in figure 1.4, please click "OPEN" to run the installation file from its current location. (Or select "Run this program from current location" if on an older operating system)
- The Ghostscript setup dialog will then appear please click "Setup" then click "INSTALL" from the next ghostscript installation window (figure 1.5). You may minimize or close the ghostscript folder that appears after Ghostscript has finished installing.
- You may now click "OK" (figure 1.3) to finish the installation of Collate. At this point you may have to reboot in order to finish the installation process.
