Setting up Email Scripts

Art-Copy lets you scan an image/document to an email by selecting the output drown down and selecting Email:

1.) Select either Scanner or File from the source of image drop down.

 

2.) Place the document face down on the scanner bed in the bottom, right corner.


3.) Change the Output drop down list to Email



4.) Click on the More Settings from the main interface.


5.) Click on the Email tab from the window that appears which will bring up the following window

 

6.) Then enter your email information. You may enter your SMTP server and Email if you would like to use Art-Copy's Email Client. You may enter a maximum file size of the attachment to ensure that you do not go outside of your email provide limits. Then you may provide an email address, subject line, and body message for the email to be sent.


7.) Click either the Test Scripts button, or save the script to be run at a later time

8.) When the script runs it will prompt you to save the image being created, then after the image has saved the newly created image will be sent as an attachment to an email.
