Chapter 8: Scan to File

Many users like to scan an image and save it to a file. Art-Copy 7.x lets you do this effortlessly.

  1. Place your document face down on the scanner bed in the bottom, right corner.

  2. Select a color mode: Color, Gray, B/W, or Text (OCR).

  3. Click the Scan to File button.

  4. Art-Copy begins to scan and then prompts you to save the file in a desired location.

  5. Choose a file type, Text (OCR) mode or not.

  6. Click Save. The image will be saved to your local system.
