The Art-Copy File tab allows for automatically assigning file type formats for an image or document for each scan when automatic file naming is enabled. These options allow for the complete scanning process to be completed without a single prompting for user interaction in order to select the type of file format to be created.

Image file types:

This combo box allows you to select the default image type that all newly created images will be saved as.

(Business and Enterprise)

Art-Copy Consumer Image Formats:

.BMP .TIFF .JPG

Text document formats: (Enterprise Only)

This combo box allows you to select the default format that any OCR created document will be saved as. Since OCR is only supported in the Enterprise version, these formats are only supported in the Enterprise version.
