In order to use Art-Copy to interact with a scanner directly attached to the local system or a scanner attached via a network. You will need to use the “Select Source” menu to locate an attached working scanner driver from the Microsoft provided source menu.
To access this Select Source dialog window you will need to perform the following steps:
1.) Open Art-Copy

2.) Click on the File menu then select “Select Source”

3.) From the dialog below select the working Twain/WIA driver for the attached scanner

Note: If you do not see your scanner listed within the select source dialog box then the scanner may not be properly attached, or a driver may not be properly installed for Art-Copy to use. In order to make sure that you have a working Twain driver please visit the scanner manufacturers website in order to obtain the latest driver released. If no driver is currently available you will be unable to use Art-Copy to interact with your scanner.
