To install the Art-Copy program:
- Place the "Art-Copy" CD into the CDROM drive. If your computer is setup for "AutoPlay", the computer will automatically start the installation. If your computer is not setup for "AutoPlay", go to Start→Run and type "D:\Ac83setup.exe". If Art-Copy was obtained by direct download, or from a third party site as a free trial version simply double click the downloaded installation file to begin the install of Art-Copy 8.x.
- Upon the installation startup carefully read each displayed prompt pressing the “NEXT” button to continue each step of the installation process. Continue to follow the prompts until Art-Copy finishes its installation.
- After successfully installing Art-Copy please locate the shortcut for Art-Copy either located on the desktop, or by going to the “Start → All Programs → Jetsoft Art-Copy 8.x” folder. Click this shortcut to start Art-Copy 8.x for the first time. Upon starting up Art-Copy 8.x’s activation screen will soon appear. In order to activate Art-Copy 8.x an activation code will need to be purchased from www.ScanHelp.com by purchasing the full product version. If you already have an unlock code that was generated by ScanHelp.com for your specific serial code you may enter the activation code to unlock your software at this time.
- If the activation code failed to activate the Art-Copy software you will need to contact ScanHelp.com technical support for further assistance, at which point you may also have to resubmit your serial code in order to obtain a new activation code. If you choose not to activate the software at this time you may use the software in trial mode for the registered number of runs and days displayed in the trial mode setting area of the activation window. After the trial settings expire you will then only be able to use the software in shareware mode with limited functionality until a valid activation code is entered.
