1.) Open Art-Copy

 

2.) Click on the “Scan to Email” Button

 

Depending on what you’ve setup for your Email client from Art-Copy’s setup. If you’ve decided to use Art-Copy’s Email Client you will shortly be seeing the following email manager email form appear with the scanned image contained as the file attachment. You may at this point select to whom the email will be sent to, make any last minute changes to what files are attached to the email, and type a typical email message. After hitting the send button Art-Copy will use the SMTP settings that you provided during the initial email client setup to send the message. If your SMTP settings are invalid you will be unable to send any messages using the Art-Copy Email Client and will need to select to use your default email client instead.
